LIFTING DEVICE SAFETY AUDITS AND INSPECTIONS
The audit typically includes inspection of lifting devices for damage, review of lifting methods, equipment safety reviews and structural calculation reviews. Engineering safety documents, lifter drawings and lifter calculations files are reviewed for completeness, accuracy and conformance to OSHA, ASME and ANSI standards. The scope of the Audit may be as small as a single lifter or as large as plant-wide.
An Inspection report with written conclusions, results and recommendations is provided.
